Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What are your tiles made of?
Tile blanks are Italian terra-cotta and 1/4 inch thick. These tiles are highly durable and can be used in any application.
Can I choose my own colors?
Yes! Contact me and I will send over my current catalog of glaze colors.
Can you do RUSH ORDERS?
It depends on the amount ordered and how quickly you need them.
What is your standard lead time on orders over 100 pieces?
Anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
Are your tiles pool safe?
Yes, each glaze if tested for pool safe application. If a specific color you have chosen is not deemed pool safe I will let you know immediately.
Are your tiles frost resistant?
Yes, the tiles are made up of a dense terra-cotta clay and are extremely hardy in all conditions, indoor or out.
